Please note, this is only a request form and NOT an immediate booking. Allow up to a week for a response as requests are reviewed and processed. Once you have been contacted about scheduling a date and time, a deposit of $100 will be taken to confirm your slot on the calendar. This deposit is non-refundable, and will be subtracted from the final cost of your tattoo. (Deposits are payable through paypal, cash app, venmo, or cash in hand.) The final balance of your tattoo will be required in CASH ONLY. If you do not have cash, there are many ATM’s within walking distance of the shop. You MUST be 18 or older to get tattooed!
